Option 1

If you have a credit account with us, you can phone, fax or e-mail your order, and we will ship your goods to you. The goods will be accompanied by an invoice. Credit terms will be advised on the invoice (normally 30 days).

If you are not an established customer, you can mail a cheque with your purchase order. Customers outside Australia using this method should send an International Cheque or Money Order for the Australian Dollar amount. Your bank or Post Office will do the currency conversion for you. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment immediately, and inform you of the shipping date of your goods (normally within 24 hours for stock items).

Electronic funds transfer. Email your order. We will reply giving you our bank account details and the exact amount required in Australian Dollars. You go to your bank and ask them to do an electronic transfer for the specified amount in Australian Dollars. They may charge a small fee for this. Email us when you've done it. When our bank confirms that payment has been received, we will email you and despatch the goods. You will receive your order within a week by TNT or UPS.

Option 4

Credit card. Visa, Mastercard. We do not use a secure server, therefore we suggest that anything documenting your credit card number be faxed, not emailed. We do not store any credit card information on our computer. We keep records on paper for income tax purposes only.

Orders and queries can be placed by phone, fax or e-mail. We will confirm your order with you before billing your card or shipping the goods. We will bill your credit card on the same day that your goods are shipped.

Within Australia we use Fastway, TNT or Australia Post

For internatioanl shipments we use TNT, UPS or Australia Post.

We can accept faxed or e-mailed orders on your own purchase order, or you may choose to fill out our order form. This order form may be e-mailed to us by pressing the submit button, or printed out on your printer by pressing the print button on your web browser. The printed form may then be faxed or mailed to us.

For your security, do not put your credit card number onto an e-mailed form.
